Alliance Française is a non-partisan association abided by local law, governed by a Committee of local voluntary personalities elected by members of the association. It is part of the French Government's cultural network: Cultural Services of French Embassies / Institut Français / Fondation des Alliances Françaises /  Alliance Française. The Alliance Francaise is registered as a French Language Centre under the provisions and regulations of the Education Act 2016 (Act 550) with the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
